Junior Technical Support
Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Representative to assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of IT concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming inquiries related to computer systems and software.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and applications.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Document issues, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in a ticketing system.
- Escalate problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Educate users on best practices and preventative measures to reduce recurring issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of operating systems and common software applications like Office 365.
- Familiarity with networking concepts is an advantage.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- College graduate in IT or a related field; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Work Environment:
- Hybrid: May require onsite or remote technical support.
